visdraw provides browser-based image editing tools including crop and rotate controls, light and color adjustments, blur and pixel effects, drawing, text, recoloring, liquify editing and image export. These services are provided "as is" and "as available".

The visdraw platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your uploaded images remain your property.

• Features may change as we improve the product
• Some functionality may depend on browser capabilities and local device resources
• We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with notice when practical
• You are responsible for keeping backups of files you edit or export

To the maximum extent permitted by law, visdraw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
