visdraw provides online image editing tools including but not limited to: image cropping, splitting, watermarking, color adjustment, geometry transformation, and puzzle creation. These services are provided "as is" and "as available".

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

• You may not use our services for any illegal purpose
• You may not upload content that violates intellectual property rights
• You may not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services
• You may not use our services to distribute malware or spam

The visdraw platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your uploaded images remain your property.

• Free tier users are subject to daily usage limits
• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

To the maximum extent permitted by law, visdraw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
