Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how visdraw uses cookies and browser storage. Essential cookies support the sign-in and security features you request, while optional preferences are saved only after you make a choice. Analytics is not currently active. Google AdSense may load on pages; ad personalization and related storage are handled through applicable Google consent settings.

Cookies and Browser Storage

Essential Cookies and Storage

Required

Local storage records your cookie choice and other state needed for requested features.

Authentication Cookies

Required

When you sign in, first-party cookies store a session token and a signed session cache lasting up to 5 minutes. They maintain sign-in, verify requests, and reduce database queries. They stop working after sign-out or session expiration.

Analytics Cookies (Not in Use)

Optional

visdraw does not currently load an analytics service or set analytics cookies.

Preference Storage

Optional

Local storage can remember choices such as your theme, editor panel width, dismissed hints, and saved presets on this device.

Marketing Cookies

Optional

Google AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies when ads are served to provide, measure, and protect advertising services. Personalized advertising depends on your choices and applicable law.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Browser local storage is a separate technology used to keep preferences and editor data on your device; unlike cookies, it is not sent automatically with web requests.

How We Use Cookies and Storage

  • To maintain and protect an authentication session after you choose to sign in
  • To remember the cookie preference you select
  • To keep local editor preferences, hints, and saved presets on this device
  • To load and measure advertising services after applicable consent is obtained

Managing Cookies

You can delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Removing authentication cookies signs you out but does not automatically delete the account record stored in D1; contact us if you want account information deleted. Removing local storage may also remove saved presets or preferences. You can manage advertising-related cookies through the cookie preference controls and Google’s ad settings.

Third-Party Cookies

visdraw uses Google AdSense to provide advertising. Google may process ad requests, cookies, and related data under its own policies. If you actively choose Google sign-in, Google sign-in pages may also use cookies under Google’s policy.
